How It Works:

Prior to registering the company, we will answer all your questions and than collect the necessary filing fees (usually $210) and information over the phone and our filing department will start the process. This takes about 10 to 15 min.

When we register your business we will complete the necessary paperwork with the state and federal government to form the corporation or LLC per the applicable laws. We'll also throw in 6 months of free registered agent service at no cost.

Once your company is established, you will receive your official documents via FedEx and can open a business checking account, apply for your merchant account and begin accepting all credit cards. Your FDIS agent will work with you personaly to establist the best rates, equipment and service to meet your unique business needs.

When your credit card processing account is active, our partner, FDIS-SBA will mail you a check for the total amount paid for the business registration. Your registration is now free, and your a CEO. Congratulations!
